The Event Operations Intern will assist with the planning, coordination and execution of Hockey Day Wisconsin events.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting event schedules
Team logistics
Vendor coordination
Signage
Equipment setup
On-site operations

This individual will work closely with event leadership to help create an organized and memorable experience for participants and guests.

The Marketing & Content Intern will help tell the story of Hockey Day Wisconsin through social media, digital content and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities may include:

Creating graphics
Writing posts
Capturing photos and videos
Conducting interviews
Providing live event coverage

The ideal candidate is creative, enthusiastic and familiar with major social media platforms.

The Sponsorship & Partnerships Intern will support efforts to build and maintain relationships with businesses, community organizations and event partners.

Responsibilities may include:

Researching prospective sponsors
Preparing partnership materials
Tracking outreach
Helping coordinate sponsor benefits

The intern will also assist in ensuring each partner receives meaningful recognition and a positive event experience.

The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing and interested in business development, fundraising or nonprofit management.

The Community Engagement & Volunteers Intern will help Hockey Day Wisconsin connect with local organizations, hockey associations, schools and community members.

Responsibilities may include:

Recruiting volunteers
Organizing schedules
Preparing training materials
Communicating important event information.

This individual will help ensure volunteers feel prepared, appreciated and connected to the event’s mission.
